Music and Cocktails

Gin Rickey
2 oz. - London Dry Gin
4 oz. - club soda
Lime juice (1 whole lime, less the garnish slice)
Fill a highball glass with ice, add the gin and lime juice. Top off with club soda. Garnish with a lime slice or two. Enjoy!

Rum Sunset
3 oz. light rum
2 Tbsp. grenadine
12 oz. orange juice
1 lime slice for garnish
This creates 2 drinks. Combine orange juice and rum. Set aside 1/3 of the mix. Pour the remaining 2/3 of the mix into 2 tall ice filled glasses. Mix the reserved 1/3 mix with with the grenadine and stir thoroughly. Slowly pour the new mix into each glass using the back of a spoon to guide it to the side of the glass. This will allow the mixture to sink to the bottom. Garnish with a lime slice and enjoy.

Chocolate Covered Cherry
1 oz. Kahlua or other coffee liqueur
1/2 oz. Half and Half
1 tsp. grenadine
Thoroughly stir the Kahlua and half and half in a shaker with an ice cube. Drop a maraschino cherry into a 2 oz. cordial glass. Strain mixture into cordial glass over cherry. add the grenadine, gently pouring along the side of the glass so it settles to the bottom. Make in batches for that special toast.
